Growing up in the construction

business Ryan began working for JCC at a young age, helping out during

the summer and on weekends. After deciding to follow his father's

footsteps, Ryan graduated from BCIT with a degree in Construction Management, specializing in Autocad. He spends his weekends

with his wife and daughters at the

lake, at 4H or at the soccer field.

During his spare time you can find

Vickie began helping John in their

home office in 1985 and never

stopped. She is the face behind the

paperwork and is in and out of the

office all day.  She keeps herself busy with her

granddaughters, taking them to

singing lessons or the horse barn. In the summer she can usually be

found at the lake enjoying the sun

on the dock.
